About Us

Dear Jesse S. Bobo Elementary School Families,

We are excited to welcome you back to what promises to be our most successful school year yet! This year, we remain firmly committed to our student-centered approach, always prioritizing the academic, social, and emotional needs of every child. We hope your family enjoyed a restful and rejuvenating summer and that you are ready to embark on a new year of meaningful learning and growth.

As your child enters our building, they will be welcomed into a safe, nurturing environment focused on academic achievement, character development, social-emotional well-being, and joyful learning experiences. Our dedicated staff is eager to reconnect with returning students and to warmly welcome those who are new to our school community.

Our school-wide theme for this year is "Game On!" — a call to action that reflects our commitment to elevating student learning and development across all domains. With this theme, we aim to “level up” and support each student in becoming a confident reader, writer, problem solver, and communicator.

It is both an honor and a privilege to engage, inspire, and educate your child. Should you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact the school office at (864) 576-2085 or email us at [email protected]. If you require document translations, please inform the school, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

We look forward to a fantastic school year together!

Catherine W. Pogue
